Saturday, July 29th Benton Park will once again be hosting the event TemporalCities: Blanket Fort Festival. Don’t miss out on this one of a kind event. See the sites, meet the artists, take in what makes this neighborhood so special! ‘Hold on a second,‘ you’re probably thinking, ‘I’d like to take a hands-on approach in making sure this event runs smoothly and have a good time while supporting my community.‘ Well guess what, I’ve anticipated you thinking that. You can simply go to www.bpnastl.org/volunteerform and enter in your contact information then select the shift you’d prefer. ‘That’s real cool and convenient, but what if I get thirsty while working at this event?’ you’re probably asking yourself. Great news! All volunteers get free drinks as well as Benton Park Volunteer shirts (limit 1 per year). Now that you’re sold, head over to the website and check sign up for one of the following:

Set up, 11:00-1:00
Beer / Marketing Tent, 12:00-3:003:00-6:006:00-8:00
Tear Down, 7:00-8:00

This is sure to be a fun event! Sign up early so you can take your pick of shifts! Contact Mark Hasamear with any questions or concerns at mark.d.hasamear@gmail.com or by calling him at 618-420-7489. Be sure to leave a message if he is not able to pick up, he will return your call.
