Craft Art Bar Call For Art!

Craft Art Bar, The St. Louis Art Bar is poised to open it’s doors this spring in the heart of the Cherokee Art District. We are now accepting submissions from St. Louis regional artists who will be the representatives of Saint Louis art to show on our gallery wall for the grand opening and for monthly events thereafter. Please keep in mind that this call will be mainly for wall art but certain installations and sculpture could be considered. Please be advised that the “event” date listed here is NOT the actual grand opening date of Craft, but a final submission date for art. Stay tuned to Craft Art Bar’s Facebook page for further updates and info concerning the opening. This will be a once in a lifetime showing opportunity for artists chosen to show at this historic Cherokee Street event. Work can be up to 4ft x 8ft, work must be ready to display at time of acceptance. No saw tooth hangers will be allowed, work should be ready to hang with a wire across the back.

If you are submitting more than one piece of work, your submissions must be sent at the same time, using one email ONLY.

You may submit up to FIVE (5) different pieces. Upload only ONE (1) photo of each piece.

File types accepted: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .pdf

Very important, emailed images must be 1MB or smaller.

Each Image MUST be named in this way, First Name_Last
Name_Title, (Example: John_Smith_CraftArt.jpg).

Your email submission will be sent to craftartbar@gmail.com. It MUST include the following info: Your name, address, phone number, and email. Then the number of pieces submitted, name of each piece, media, size in inches and price in the order they are uploaded.

We will notify you, please do not email us inquiring as to the status of your submission(s).

Artists with works selected to be included in the show will be notified via email. Upon acceptance, artists will receive the waiver information. ALL artists must sign a waiver.

Craft Art Bar will not collect an entry/submission fee or collect any commission on art sold from artists.
