“The information I received in the NLA about community building principles and different leadership styles has been invaluable and are lessons I carry with me today.”
~Carla Reid, small business owner and Habitat for Humanity homeowner, NLA graduate

“The Neighborhood Leadership Academy helped me to better understand resource development and effective communication strategies for building strong collaborations.”
~Erin Malone, Mission: St. Louis, NLA Graduate

“From the NLA, I learned that I can positively impact the lives of residents in my neighborhood through volunteerism, information sharing, and optimism.  Attending the NLA strengthened my resolve, and gave me the confidence, to take on a leadership role in my neighborhood.”
