MVNA 2010 Board Members

Good Morning,

I hope everyone is enjoying these sunny days! As many of you know the October Meeting included elections for the new board and was also a celebration of the 40th anniversary of MVNA.  Thank you to all that participated and for the sweets you brought to share.

The new board was also introduced, James Mckee and Carrie Freeman will return at their current post. James will continue as Vice President and Carrie as Secretary. Craig Schmid will join us as Treasury and I will hold the position as President.  Marty Dames will continue his role as the Marketing chairperson and will welcome members to join him in promoting Marine Villa.

The board will be appointing someone to head up the Beautification and Membership committee.  Please let us know if you are interested in being involved.  We will be happy to talk to you further.

On behalf of the 2010 board we would like to extend a huge thank you to our departing members, Eddie Brauer and Amanda Penick.  They both made wonderful contributions in the last 2 years and made great strides to lay very important ground work for the future of the Marine Villa Neighborhood Association and the community as a whole.

I am looking forward to serving you as President, getting to know all of you and finding out what you think would make Marine Villa an even better place to live, work and play.
